Our igniters apparently died on our Viking Range. The service technician promptly contacted me after putting in a request on Home Advisors. He texted me the morning he was to come over that he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would. His service manners were excellent and he corrected the issue. The cost for the replacements parts was high, but that's what you get when you buy a house that had a Viking Range oven in it I suppose.
